We love celebrating the incredible women who have taken their passion for helping others and turned it into a meaningful career through the Style by Color Academy. When Donna Roland enrolled in the Style by Color Academy, she discovered more than a passion for color and style—she found a way to encourage women to see themselves through a different lens.

Today, Donna serves as a Christian women's speaker, color and style specialist, and founder of Faithfully Fashionable, helping women dress in a way that reflects both their inner beauty and God-given confidence. Through speaking events, style retreats, personal consultations, and wardrobe coaching, she teaches women how to discover their best colors, dress for their body shape, and develop a style that feels authentic to who they are. Based in Tennessee, Donna combines practical style expertise with encouragement, humor, and faith-based inspiration.
